Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Beachbody Brett Blake has just let the coaches of Beachbody in on their future.  So, Does Beach Body coaching look good for those who choose to pursue it?  Well, the facts don’t lie.  Beach body coaching is becoming one of the most astounding opportunities in the country.  Jeff Hill, Senior Vice President of Team Beachbody Global Sales joined the company about one year ago.  At that time, Beachbody employed about 3oo people.  Today, we have about 620 employees and are busting at the seams to hire more.  Also in the last year,  Mr. Blake let us know that in the network of Beach Body Coaching, we have gone from 10% of company sales in 2010 to 30.9% in 2011.  That is unbelievable growth in an economy that has most people looking for work or hoping to hang on to what they have.  This indicates that Beachbody is right on track to reach the goals that CEO Carl Daikeler has set for us to achieve.  As a network marketing company, Beachbody provides a great deal of support to Beach Body coaching with a major television campaign.  This really provides anyone who becomes a coach a great deal of credibility.

Healthy people seem to have some kind of fitness secrets that help them to stay fit.  It seems like they have something special that makes it easy for them to be thin and active.  Well, the truth is that there are many fitness secrets that these people do on a daily basis that anyone can use to help themselves get fit.  So, What are the fitness secrets of very healthy people?  Let’s take a look at some things that you can do on a daily basis to help you get fit and healthy.

One of the biggest fitness secrets is to keep a bottle of water and always drink from it throughout the day.  Water should be your drink of choice, and you can add lemon, or berries to it for an extra kick without the calories.  Next, is to eat a healthy diet with the right amount of calories.  Even if you eat nothing but healthy food, the fact is that if you eat more calories than you burn, you’ll gain weight.   One of the best fitness secrets that will help you with this is to keep a log of what you eat, and make sure to write down everything you put in your mouth.  It is OK to enjoy an unhealthy treat once in a while, and is another of the fitness secrets of healthy people.  Just make sure it’s not more than once a week.  The last nutritional secret is to limit caffeine.

But, what about exercising.  What fitness secrets do healthy people follow in this area?  First, look at exercise as a positive thing.  Develop a reason for your exercise, and enjoy the journey to your ultimate goal.  This journey should consist of many smaller, short term goals and even daily goals of  exercising.  Even if your goal is to just exercise each day, then you will succeed.  One way to keep things fresh is to mix it up with different types of exercise which is another of the fitness secrets that you can follow.  This can be a difficult goal in our busy world, but if the last three Presidents were able to make time for exercise, then you can too.  10 Minute Trainer is a great example of how to do this.   One of the fitness secrets that is very important is to exercise 6 or 7 days per week.  I know this sound like a lot if you haven’t exercised in a long time, but the fact is that exercise will give you energy.  And, that is one of the greatest fitness secrets around.  I also recommend that you subscribe to fitness magazines and shop for the right equipment.  Just like a carpenter or surgeon, you can’t get the job done without the correct equipment, and it will help you to utilize another of the fitness secrets which is to push yourself to a higher intensity.  Finally, I think the most important of fitness secrets is to move past the idea that losing weight is your success.  Begin to look at how your clothing fits and how you feel instead of looking at some number on a scale.  Finally, make sure you get enough sleep, so your body is able to recover from all the exercise that you are doing.  Sleep is an important part of fitness.

There are a lot of fitness secrets of healthy people.  You don’t have to do all of them right away, but start out with two or three.  Make a commitment to follow them daily and then as they become a habit add more of these fitness secrets into your life.  You will not regret it.

Holy Cow!  I just gained weight after doing Insanity for two weeks!  I’ve been working out like crazy, what’s going on?  Is this a question that you’ve asked yourself?  Well, as a Beachbody coach, I’ve been asked that quite a bit by customers who are discouraged when they don’t get results right away.  But I’m here to give you hope.  There is good reason for gaining with Beachbody’s weight loss fitness programs.  The first thing you should consider, is that there are two keys in the title.  Weight loss and fitness.  When you begin any Beachbody weight loss fitness programs, you are not only burning fat, but you are also building muscle.  This is important when considering your results, and the good news is that weight gain is a temporary effect of  your exercise.  Unfortunately, this effect is one of the biggest reasons that people exercise for a week or two and then quit their weight loss fitness programs.  Most professional trainers understand what is happening, while most people who work out at home don’t. So, let me try to shed some light on the subject.

exercises causing what Exercise Physiologists call delayed-onset muscle soreness, or DOMS.  It is thought that the soreness you feel is caused by microscopic tears in the muscle tissue and the body is trying to protect the tissue.  As it does this, the muscles become inflamed with fluid retention.  This fluid retention can cause a 3 or 4 pound weight gain in the first few weeks of exercise.  It is at this point that it is most important to continue with your weight loss fitness programs and not be discouraged.  As my coach told me, “The scale is your enemy”.

Chalean Johnson the Beachbody trainer of ChaLEAN Extream and other workouts worked with a group of 70 people and found that this happened.  The women were most upset, but happily the gains were temporary, and after 2 weeks every participant, both men and women, began to see significant weight loss.  The weight loss fitness programs that work in this way, utilize both fitness and nutrition plans to get the best results.  Hard work and commitment to your weight loss fitness programs will give you results.  The body is amazing and it knows how to protect itself.  It is important to understand that this is a normal and temporary aspect of almost all weight loss fitness programs.  The key to losing the weight is to follow both the fitness as well as the diet  programs.

Now, on the other hand, if you gain more than five pounds and you don’t begin to lose weight within two weeks, the problem is not your weight loss fitness programs.  Now you do have a serious issue and I guarantee that it is the food that you are putting into your body.  It took me a year to figure this out for myself because I was stubborn.  I kept saying, “I’m working out, I can eat whatever I want”.  Well, I found out the hard way that it doesn’t work that way.  The fact is that the exercise wasn’t making me gain weight, it was the food intake, that did me in.

If you are following your Beachbody weight loss fitness programs and diet plans as directed, you will succeed in your goals.  You will build muscle, but you will also lose weight.  Instead of depending on the scale, measure yourself and pay attention to how your clothing fits you.  These indicators are just as important to your health as the scale.  And the weight loss fitness programs will get you the results you desire.

 

 

Beachbody coaches have a great opportunity to build a business any way that they like.  That’s what makes the Beachbody business opportunity so appealing.  In network marketing, the interesting thing is that there is no right or wrong way of doing things.  Some Beachbody coaches use face to face contacts with friends, family, and others to build their business.  On the other hand, some Beachbody coaches may use the internet with pay per click advertisements, Search engine traffic, email autoresponders and social media.  There are so many tools on the internet that you can certainly find one that will work for you.  Whether Beachbody coaches use the internet or face to face contacts, is up to them, but I believe that a combination of the two is what is needed to get the fastest results from your efforts.  The key is to keep doing what works, and to change what is not working.

well as the Beachbody coaches that you sponsor.  If you are terribly afraid to speak to people as I was, don’t lose hope.  I began by hardly being able to talk to friends and family, let alone people I never met.  But, with practice, you will become better just as I did.  It took time, but when we try something new, especially something as rewarding as being Beachbody coaches, we need to think about the long term accomplishment.  My attitude during the learning phase was: decide, commit and fail…commit again and fail….commit again and fail…commit again and succeed.  Believe me it was all worth the effort.

The internet is a great way to generate leads, but as Beachbody coaches we will have to call them and talk to them in order to help them understand the business opportunity.  And of course, we will need to build relationships with all our coaches and customers over time.  In the beginning, this can be difficult for many Beachbody coaches.  However, we can’t expect to have a perfect response like a professional salesman when we’ve only been in the business for a month or two.  When learning to talk to people, the key is to do it again and again and again, and you will learn to what works for you.

Even if you are a pro at talking to people, there is always room to improve.  Even the best Beachbody coaches find great motivational books to read, and audio CD’s to listen to.  Whenever I’m in my car, I have a CD of Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins or some other person who can help me train my mind.  Each night I read 10 pages of a book to learn people skills and develop my talents so that I can become more successful not only in my Beachbody business, but in my personal life as well.  If you talk to any serious beachbody coaches who are building a business, they will all tell you the same thing.  All the skills of talking to people, recruiting and building relationships are learnable skills.
