Instructions to make a return:

1. Call us Toll-Free at 800-470-7870 to obtain an RA (Return Authorization number). Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted, so please be sure to call and get the RA number.
2. Write the RA number on your order reciept and be sure to include it, or a photocopy of the receipt in your return package.
3. Mail the product back to Team Beachbody within the 30 day period, using the label provided on the front of your order receipt.
4. Make sure there is the proper amount of postage on the package. We are not responsible for lost packages.
5. Do Not send the package C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
